Andrew Patten is a Queensland trained Orthopaedic surgeon with a special interest in management of hip and knee problems, and in hip replacement, knee replacement and hip resurfacing.
He undertook Orthopaedic Fellowship training in the UK for a period of three years from October 2003 until March 2006.
Andrew's training has concentrated on:
- Hip arthroplasty- primary, complex and revision surgery
- Hip arthroscopy
- Hip resurfacing
- Knee arthroplasty- primary, complex and revision surgery
- Sports medicine
Private practice is co-located at The Holy Spirit Northside Hospital, Chermside, the Brisbane Private Hospital Specialist Centre, Brisbane Private Hospital , 259 Wickham Terrace in Brisbane and level 1 at the Greenslopes Private Hospital Specialist Centre, Greenslopes Private Hospital, Newdegate Street, Greenslopes.
Public commitments are at the Prince Charles Hospital, Brisbane.
